Last September, 4 riders from Vancouver, B.C., 2 from Bellingham, WA and 2 from Seattle met for a ride through the Winthrop, WA area. We met in Burlington, WA, for breakfast, then proceeded through the North Cascade Highway Pass to Winthrop where we stopped for lunch.
Following lunch, the Vancouver riders headed home, and the remaining four went on to Leavenworth and over Stevens Pass to Seatlle. It was a gorgeous day, perfect conditions and the company and ride were excellent! We hope to do the ride again next spring when the Pass is clear of snow.
